Who we are
Campaignity is built and operated by Aval Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. We're a remote team building marketing tools that work for everyone — not just enterprise teams with huge budgets.
When we say "we" or "Campaignity," that's us. When we say "you," we mean you — whether you're a solo creator, a growing startup, or a full-scale agency.
Your account
To use Campaignity, you'll create an account. A few things about that:
- Use real, accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
- Spot something suspicious? Let us know at support@campaignity.com.
If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans & pricing
We offer Starter, Business, and Agency plans. Details are on our Pricing page. If we raise prices, you'll get at least 14 days' notice before it affects your subscription.
How billing works
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually. By entering your payment details, you're authorizing us to charge your card on that schedule. All prices are in USD, excluding taxes.
Free trials
We'll always remind you before a trial ends. If you don't cancel, it converts to a paid plan automatically.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel anytime from account settings. You keep access until the billing period ends. Billing errors? Email billing@campaignity.com within 30 days.
Taxes
Prices exclude sales tax, VAT, or other levies — these may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Beta features
Experimental features are provided as-is. They may change or disappear without notice. Don't rely on them for mission-critical work.
Uptime & maintenance
We aim for high reliability, but outages can happen — planned maintenance, infrastructure issues, or things outside our control. We'll give advance notice for planned downtime when we can.
Your data & privacy
Privacy Policy
How we collect and use your data is in our Privacy Policy. Please read both documents together.
We don't sell your data
Our business runs on subscriptions — not on selling your personal information.
Data breach notification
If a breach involves your personal data, we'll notify you as required by applicable U.S. state laws via the email on your account.
Data after you leave
After account deletion, we hold your data up to 30 days then permanently delete it. Need it gone sooner? Email support@campaignity.com.
Limitations of liability
- Campaignity is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.

- We're not responsible for indirect losses like lost revenue or data, even if we knew they were possible.
- Events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages — are not our liability.
Indemnification
If Campaignity faces a legal dispute because of something you did on the platform — violating these Terms, an illegal campaign, infringing someone's rights — you agree to cover our legal costs and any resulting damages.
Ending your account
Cancel your subscription in Settings and email support@campaignity.com to request deletion. We'll process it within 30 days.
We may suspend accounts for violations. Most issues get a 7-day warning first. Fraud or illegal activity may result in immediate action.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Reach out to legal@campaignity.com first — most things can be sorted with a conversation. Unresolved disputes after 30 days go to binding arbitration under AAA rules.
Updates to these Terms
For significant changes, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app. Continued use after that means you accept the update. You can always cancel before changes take effect.
